Choose Your Treatment Plan

If booking your treatment plan by choosing 'Select' below, please ensure you have signed up as a site member first through the ‘Member Icon’ in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Upon completion of your purchase below, you must return to 'Services' in the navigation bar at the top of the page, and click 'Book Now' under the applicable service to access my calendar, choose the plan you just purchased, and schedule your first appointment. All sessions purchased are kept track of in the 'Members Site'. To schedule all follow-up sessions for multiple session packages, please login to the members site and then schedule your appointments through the 'Book Now' button under 'Services'.
