Service Description

Benefits of Reiki: Reiki promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. It can help release energetic blockages, restore balance, and support your body's natural healing abilities. While individual experiences may vary, many clients report feelings of peace, clarity, and increased vitality after a Reiki session. What to Expect: During the session you will lie comfortably, I will place crystals on your energy centers and I will gently place my hands on or slightly above specific areas of your body to channel energy and facilitate healing. Reiki is a safe, non-invasive practice and you will remain fully clothed throughout the session. Preparation: To make the most of your Reiki Session it is advisable to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move freely. It is also advised to avoid heavy meals and stimulants or depressants like caffeine and alcohol before the session. Date and Time: Please mark this date and time in your calendar and ensure that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to prepare and allow for a smooth and relaxed start. Location: The session will take place at my private studio. Please refer to my follow up email or text message for the exact address and any information related to the venue. If you have any difficulties finding the location, feel free to contact me in advance, and I will be happy to assist you. Studio Information: Please note this is a perfume and artificial fragrance-free space due to allergies of persons within the studio environment. Natural essential oils may be allowed and may be used during the session to enhance the effects of the energy work. Sage may also be burned for smudging (cleaning) energy before your arrival and during the session. If however you have any sensitivities or concerns, please let me know in the allotted area when booking and I will make all accommodations to the best of my abilities for your comfort. Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24-48 hours notice. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be on a waitlist.
